Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

• Sidebar navigation toggle (2.5.3 Label in Name): The navigation toggle button has an accessible name of "Toggle" which does not match its visible label. This is due to a limitation in the third-party Radzen UI component library used to build the site.
• Active navigation link (4.1.2 Name, Role, Value): The currently active item in the sidebar navigation renders as an anchor with an empty href attribute. This is a known issue in the Radzen UI component library.
• Theme selector keyboard access (2.1.1 Keyboard): The theme selector dropdown uses a mouse-down event without an equivalent keyboard event. This is a known issue in the Radzen UI component library.

Disproportionate burden

We have not made any claims of disproportionate burden at this time.

What we're doing to improve accessibility

We are actively monitoring updates to the Radzen UI component library and will apply fixes for the known non-accessible components as they become available. We conduct regular accessibility audits against WCAG 2.2 AA and address any issues found in our own application code.
